In the Lover's Workout you will learn how to utilize breathing, pelvic, floor, and "holy body" exercises, chanting, and visualization to increase arousal and erotic energy in the body.
The Lover's Workout includes sensual movement, yogic stretching and mystical spinning designed to awaken kundalini energy. Kundalini energy is centered in the sexual/genital region of each person. Pussy: Variously called vagina, love box, yoni, and Temple of the Goddess, among other more and less attractive names, like cunt.
